Records Updated
There were several records broken at the Southern Ohio Powerlifting meet. This meet was hosted
by Dave Ricks and both National and International refs were on hand to judge. Congrats to Greg Simmons for a new American
Record in the Raw Bench division. Even after 40 he's like the Energizer Bunny...he just keeps going and going... Chip
beck also did some great lifting as well. All in all 6 men made the journey from Indiana, congrats to all.
